Standard shipments are delivered in the continental United States via USPS  and will arrive within approximately 7-10 business days.

Next Day Air shipping is an additional $20.00, and 2nd Day Air is an additional $10.00. We cannot ship C.O.D.

In order to insure that your garment is perfect when it arrives, handling includes quality inspection, steaming and/or pressing and specialized packaging.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments outside of the United States are delivered via US Postal Service or United Parcel Service (determined by KuteZGirl). Shipping/Handling charges for out-of-country deliveries (including Alaska and Hawaii) will vary depending on the destination of the shipment; therefore, shipping/handling costs quoted in the Shopping Cart will not apply. All country specific taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer. International credit cards are not accepted.

DELIVERY TIME

To help you estimate when a package will be delivered, please take the following into consideration:

*Credit Card approval and address verification must be received before shipping. International credit cards are not accepted for payment.

*Ground orders will be shipped within 48 business hours of placement of order except during peak business periods.

*All Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders received before noon Eastern Time will be shipped on the business day received. Expedited orders received after noon Eastern Time will be shipped the following business day.

*Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday only (no Sunday or holiday deliveries).

INTERNET RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may be shipped back to the Distribution Center at 502 S Marietta St., Gastonia, NC 28052, for store credit or exchange within 30 days of date on the receipt if certain conditions are met. Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED after 30 day.
